Marbella plans the most important urban development of its history to move "La Ermita" industrial estate to "La Serranía" zone in the north of the town.

The industrial site of Marbella otherwise known as La Ermita may be nearing its end. The Marbella town hall have announced development plans to turn the industrial estate into a residential, commercial and financial centre taking advantage of its location and potential real estate value.
