We have just created a new Facebook page below, all information about the progress of the port will be posted on it. We love it when you "like" us.

The plans for the new port include a 200m quay for cruise liners and a five-star hotel on the marina, new bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets to revamp the eastern area of the city.

Marbella Town Hall owns a 3 per cent stake in the consortium which will build “the best private port in the Mediterranean” with space for 1,220 moorings,as
well as 155,000 square metres of land.

The massive project has been described as “the most important urban development” in Marbella’s history and there are plans to make it truly “emblematic” Indeed, once fully completed (with construction estimated at within 4 years) La Bajadilla should be able to rival the famous Puerto Banus.

Cheer up! The less you have, the more there is to get!

Good luck & Best regards.

Hi,
Seeing the plans and included video, looks like one of a kind! I wish all the parties a lot os succes and encourage to get everything finished within 4 years. Is there already a possibility to inscribe for renting a shop in prime location, into the new port? Should be great already to know this, so we can make plans for the future.

Sabine and family.

Can you confirm that the poligono industrial across the road from the new marina is to be demolished? If so, what will take its place? Thanks.
