Opening Licence (if change of name) - original and copy
- Official Health Certificate
- Contract for the premises (if rental)
- Photocopy of the Title Deeds or Title of the Property (if it is property of the applicant)
- plan of the premises, scale 1:50, indicating measures taken to prevent fire and evacuation
- If the applicant is foreign, work permit and residence permit, as applicable
- If a company, copy of the company deed of constitution
- In the event that it is for a "QUALIFIED ACTIVITY", you must present a project in duplicate, approved by the respective college and certified by technical management of the project that the installations have been completed subject to Law 7/94 of Environmental Protection and development Regulations.
- Photocopy of the I.A.E. (Tax on Economic Activities)
- Payment of tax

Rules
1. The installation of a skip with drag system will not be permitted.
2. Upon signature of this application it is hereby agreed that the container will be removed from the public domain on the weekends (Saturdays and Sundays), in order to avoid the fine that may otherwise be imposed by the Mayoralty.
3. All applicable rates and fees must be paid.
